Data Deletion Request

If you have contacted a restaurant through iFusion, including on WhatsApp, or have an iFusion account, you can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. Fill in the form below and our team will review your request, verify that it comes from you and email you once your data has been deleted.

What we delete

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Messages and conversation history linked to you
• Customer records, bookings and feedback linked to you

We may keep records we are required to retain by law, such as tax invoices issued by a restaurant, for as long as the law requires.
