Account registration may require a name, primary email, phone number, business or restaurant name, and login credentials. Service use can produce menu, order, inventory, reservation, report, device, browser, IP-address and usage information.
2. How we use data
We use data to provide, secure, personalise and improve iFusion, including restaurant orders, POS operations, reservations, inventory, reports, account verification, system alerts and platform updates.
3. How information is shared
Information may be visible to authorised platform users where necessary for service functionality. Hosting, analytics, security and development providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or transferred as part of a change in company control.
4. Your choices
We retain data only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data, subject to applicable requirements.
