Terms and Conditions

Introduction

iFusion provides a restaurant management and hospitality platform designed to assist restaurants, cafes and food businesses in managing their daily operations. This Agreement includes iFusion's policies for acceptable use of:

• the iFusion Service and Content available on the iFusion App, including your rights, obligations and restrictions regarding your use of the iFusion Service;
• iFusion's Terms of Service;
• the Privacy Policy.

Modifications

iFusion may modify this Agreement or the Privacy Policy from time to time as needed. Any such modification will be effective upon posting by iFusion on the iFusion App or website.

Content responsibility

iFusion members may upload or enter content such as menus, orders, inventory records or operational data. iFusion assumes no responsibility for inaccurate, inappropriate or unlawful content entered by users.

Rights to modify access

iFusion reserves the right to reject, refuse to post or remove any content, or to restrict, suspend or terminate access to the service at any time.

Eligibility

To create an account you must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws. iFusion may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Passwords and confidential information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.

Non-commercial use by members

The iFusion service is intended for legitimate business and operational use only. Unauthorized commercial exploitation of the platform is prohibited.

Proprietary rights in content on iFusion

All software, designs, logos and interface elements belong to Nishwet Box Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

Content and activity prohibited

Users must not post offensive, illegal, misleading or harmful content or engage in activities that harm the platform.

Disclaimers

The iFusion service is provided "AS-IS". iFusion does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not responsible for incorrect data entered by users.

Limited liability

iFusion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Disputes

Any dispute involving iFusion services will be governed by the laws of Nepal.

Indemnify

Users agree to indemnify and hold iFusion and Nishwet Box Pvt. Ltd. harmless from any claim arising from misuse of the platform.

User conduct

Users must communicate respectfully, avoid fraudulent activities and use the system only for lawful purposes.

Service usage and operational responsibility

Restaurants and businesses are responsible for ensuring that menu pricing, inventory and operational data entered into the system are accurate.

AI assistant and connected AI apps

iFusion includes an AI Chat that answers questions using your restaurant's data, and lets you connect outside AI assistants such as the iFusion app in ChatGPT.

• AI answers are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. Check important figures in iFusion's own reports before making business, tax or financial decisions.
• Connected AI assistants can only read reports with the permissions of the user who connected them. They cannot change data in iFusion.
• By connecting an outside assistant you allow iFusion to send it the report data it asks for on your behalf. Its use of that data is governed by the assistant provider's own terms and privacy policy (for ChatGPT, OpenAI's).
• Only connect an assistant to accounts you are authorized to use, and disconnect it from AI Chat > Connected AI assistants when it is no longer needed. Organization owners are responsible for which roles are allowed to use AI Chat.
• iFusion may limit, suspend or end AI features or a connection to protect the service or its users.

Subscription services

Some iFusion services may require subscription plans, which are subject to separate terms.

Termination

Users may terminate their accounts at any time. iFusion reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Entire agreement

This agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement regarding the use of the iFusion service.
